Hi again fellow phd councils,



The end-of-term-event I gave you a heads-up about before is an online music show for PhD students at SU – and it’s now open for registration!! Friday 11th of June, the very cool music company Sofar Sounds will arrange a concert for us PhDs with two emerging artists, which you can watch on zoom (for free) from your own couch! There will also be quiz and interaction with a Sofar host. Could you please forward and spread the follow link with the info about the concert to all PhDs at your departments? https://su.powerinit.com/Data/Event/EventTemplates/2602/?EventId=1270



In that link, you also find the registration (“anmälan”) to the event. We have struggled a bit reaching out to all PhDs with info about the concert – so please help us spread the word, and register asap!!



And by the way: this concert is a great opportunity for your councils to organize an ending-of-the-term event with the phd’s at your departments; my council at IKE has for instance organized a pre-concert-phd-hang on zoom one hour before the show, to catch up and get prepared for the show!

Ämne: PhD group e-mail addresses?



Dear fellow PhD councils,



I am the chairperson of the PhD council at the department for Culture and Aesthetics and I am organizing a social online event for all PhD students at SU, for which I have received funding from the student board SUS. (more info is coming soon!). I need to send out a registration form and info-mail to all PhD students at SU at the same time – and thus I need your help. Could you please send me the e-mail addresses to the PhD students at your respective department? I guess you have one of those group-addresses that reaches all PhDs at your department simultaneously? It would help me a lot in the administration and organization of the event. Apparently, there is no group address which reaches all PhDs at the university…so I’ll have to reach out to each department through separate addresses..
