[Drand] Clarification on dISP

There is one thing which needs a bit of clarification when it comes to the dISP status:

For the students for which there is a valid "old-style" ISP registered less than 12 months ago there is not yet any entry in the digital database visible for students and suprevisors.
So if you log in and find nothing this is probably the case, but if you are in doubt don't hesitat to ask me for a clarification.
