[SocBiN] Funding for Ukrainian scientists to conduct research in Sweden

FYI:

The Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research has announced about 3 million euros in funding dedicated to Ukrainian scientists who wish to conduct research in Sweden starting in 2022 - at all levels including postdoc. The funds are primarily to cover salary expenses during a period up to 3 years.
