NQS stands for Nordic Queer Studies. The list is a forum for information, discussions, and research presentations about queer research for people interested in queer theory, gender studies, post-queer or intersectionality studies. The aim of the list is to bring researchers together and to spread information about ongoing queer research in Nordic universities, upcoming conferences and events and as a resource for questions to a field of competence. The language is English, but information in Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Swedish is welcome, if accompanied with a few words in English explaining its content. For security reasons, you may not send attachments to the list. Instead, paste the information inside the mail. To post a message to all the list members, send email to nqs-at-lists.su.se@lists.su.se. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
