Dear colleagues and sponsors,
Our Special Issue Mediterranean Holocene Climate, Environment and Human Societies is now published as the volume 136 of the Quaternary Science Reviews. Please find attached an e-table of contents, with free links to the articles active until April 21st, which you can use to download, advertise and promote our special issue.

This special issue of QSR emerged as a result of a workshop at Costa Navarino and the Navarino Environmental Observatory (NEO), Greece in April 2014, addressing Mediterranean Holocene climate and human societies. NEO is a partnership between Stockholm University, Academy of Athens and the Greek ecotourism company TEMES SA, dedicated to research and education on climate and environmental changes in the Mediterranean region. The workshop was co-sponsored by PAGES, NEO, the MISTRALS/ PaleoMex program, the Labex OT-Med, the Bolin Centre for Climate Research at Stockholm University, and the Institute of Oceanography at the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research.

With all best wishes,

Karin Holmgren, Aleka Gogou and Adam Izdebski
