[Funcoup] GIN issues

Hi,

I noticed some problems with GIN data.

1. It is not listed in http://funcoup.sbc.su.se/inputdata_fc2.html. 
(Does this affect the count of input datasets? We say 53 in the paper)

2. It does not seem to be in prj.sbc.erison.8/FunCoup2/FunCoup_resources/

3. We forgot to specify the PLC cutoff used to obtain the 255178 GIN pairs.


The reason I looked is that the Boone lab has released the latest 
pearson correlation data, see 
http://drygin.ccbr.utoronto.ca/DOWNLOAD/Download.html.  It would be 
great if somebody could compare this version with the used one.
