[Funcoup] GIN issues

Not so much has changed it seems - there are now 276508 pairs with
abs(PLC)> 0.1.
On the other hand, only 73827 of those pairs are found in the old
dataset, so there is definitely scope for revisiting this datatype.
Perhaps one should also lower the cutoff to include more pairs?
