Dear staffs of InParanoid：
Recently, I downloaded the local version Inparanoid 4.1 to analyse the ortholog groups among some species. However,the result obtained differed with it from the InParanoid website(as two attachments to this letter).
the website provides the InParanoid scores(0-1) and the bootstrap(%) of each cluster, but there is no "InParanoid scores(0-1)", which is vital for me, in my results. In this case, I feel disappointed for it. 


Could you help me with this problems? It will be very meaningful if you can help！
