Hi all,

First, as you may remember, as from this spring, OKC has a new working
group, called "Cosmology & Gravity".
If you want to participate or be informed about its activities you should
register for the mailing list (email address okc-wp1 at fysik.su.se) at

https://lists.su.se/mailman/listinfo/okc-wp1-at-fysik.su.se/

(please remember to click on the link in the confirmation email you will
receive from the system).

The first meeting of the fall for this working group will take place on
September 23th at 13:15 in A5:0019 (the CoPS grouproom). Apart from
discussing future activities for the fall, we will also have a special
guest: Justin Alsing from  Imperial College London (where he is working
under Alan Heavens and Andrew Jaffe) will present his work on weak
gravitational lensing and statistics in cosmology (in a non-technical
fashion). Mark you calendars!
