BTW, Arne meant JULY 20-25 for voting, not June.

I would like to reiterate my earlier suggestion to invite a new 
representative from the Baltic states. This person could be either an 
additional board member (which would bring the number of seats to 12?) 
or would replace one of the existing members who are about to retire 
(less favored option from my point of view).

In particular, I suggest to invite Ceslovas Venclovas.

I am not sure if this last thing should be in the bylaws.
I propose that the new paragraph should simply state that the Society 
organizes the meeting and that the rules are described in another 
separate document. This would make it easier to have extensive rules of 
the conference and to modify them if need be, without messing up with 
the bylaws.
