Vs: [Socbin] Annual general meeting - discussion

Hello,

A correction is needed here.
I am representing Estonia (from 2006) and therefore I cannot replace
Gudmundur (he is from Iceland).
I support the idea selecting more board members from Baltic states. Ceslovas
is a good candidate for representative of Lithuania and we should look for
someone from Latvia as well.

:I am not sure if this last thing should be in the bylaws.
:I propose that the new paragraph should simply state that the Society 
:organizes the meeting and that the rules are described in another 
:separate document. This would make it easier to have extensive
