Postdoctoral Researcher in Evolutionary Structural Bioinformatics

A position is currently available for a postdoctoral researcher in
evolutionary structural bioinformatics in the Liberles Research Group at
University of Wyoming. The position has guaranteed funding for one year,
with extension possible depending upon performance and available
funding. Applicants should have skills in programming, knowledge of
statistics, knowledge of protein structure and physical chemistry, as
well as interest in evolutionary biology and population genetics.
Research will involve work at the interface of structural and
evolutionary bioinformatics to understand how structure constrains
sequence evolution as well as how and why the genome-specific
distribution of structures changes between species.

For more details on research in the Liberles Research Group, please see
http://www.wyomingbioinformatics.org/LiberlesGroup. To apply, please
send a CV, contact information for three references, and 2 .pdf copies
of your favorite (significant) papers you have published together with a
cover letter to liberles at uwyo.edu.
