[Socbin] Postdoc position

[Jens Lagergren]

One postdoctoral position in applications of Machine Learning in Computational Biology is available in Jens Lagergren's group at SciLifeLab in Stockholm (scilifelab.se) and the CSC School at KTH. A successful applicant will participate in a project in which miRNAs are studied through analysis of high throughput sequence data (Clip-Seq).

Deadline for applications: August 31, 2011

Qualifications: The ideal postdoc candidates have a strong background in bioinformatics computational biology, or machine learning or other relevant fields of computer science or statistics. Good programming skills are required.
