Hello,

We are planning a new series of beginners and intermediate courses in
Python programming in Vilnius:

Beginner's course: Python Programming for Structural Bioinformatics
<http://www.spronknmr.eu/courses/bioinformatics/beginners-course-python-programming-structural-bioinformatics-0>

Intermediate course: Python Programming for Structural Bioinformatics
<http://www.spronknmr.eu/courses/bioinformatics/python-programming-structural-bioinformatics-intermediate-level>

*Beginner's course dates*

  * February 02 - 03, 2012
    <http://www.spronknmr.eu/marketplace/timeline/644>
  * March 05 - 06, 2012 <http://www.spronknmr.eu/marketplace/timeline/777>
  * April 09 - 10, 2012 <http://www.spronknmr.eu/marketplace/timeline/778>
  * May 07 - 08, 2012 <http://www.spronknmr.eu/marketplace/timeline/779>

The course is intended for novices in programming, and provides a solid
basis to automate workflows involving large amounts of different data
types, which are typical in structural bioinformatics.
Basic programming concepts are introduced in lectures, and practised on
examples using real data.

*Intermediate course dates*

  * March 07 - 09, 2012 <http://www.spronknmr.eu/marketplace/timeline/807>

This course is designed for those who already have basic knowledge in
Python programming and would like to advance their skills to include
object oriented and graphical user interface programming using
realistic examples from structural biology

We also provide general purpose Python courses. More information can be
found here <http://www.pythoncourses.com/>.

To sign up, students should not make use of the website, but send an
email to Karolis Lesickas (karolis.lesickas at spronknmr.eu
<mailto:karolis.lesickas at spronknmr.eu>). He will then make the further
arrangements.

Kind regards,
Karolis
