[SocBiN] Bioinformatics PhD student position

Dear all,

A 4-year PhD student position is now open to work on regulatory genetics, involving the generation and analysis of various NGS data sets from select tissues of inbred mouse lines, and aiming at the identification of genetically determined regulatory cascades. The position can be weighted, depending on the experience and skills of the applicant, either towards molecular biology or bioinformatics.

There is also a 4-year position open for a wet lab postdoc in the same project.
