Special 2017 topics: Bioinformatics methods, tools & platforms for personalized medicine, including data management, data analysis, platforms, tools and services.
Bioinformatics methods, standards, tools, applications and experiences deployed over Internet.

Deadlines
Submission of abstracts for posters and for software demonstrations: Wednesday September 13, 2017.
Submission of abstracts for late posters: Friday October 6, 2017.

Proceedings and Post workshop publications
Proceedings of the workshop will consist in a collection of preprints on PeerJ Preprints.
A post workshop Special Issue will be published with best full papers from presentations, both oral and poster, given at the Workshop.
A purpose agreement is under discussion with BioMed Central for the publication of Supplements in BMC Bioinformatics and in the Journal of Translation Medicine.
