[SocBiN] Software developer position, Gothenburg

Hi everyone,

We have an open position as a software developer. The project focuses on capturing the variability and detail of bioinformatics workflows dealing with sequencing data in order to facilitate updating, re-use, comparison, adaptation and optimization of such workflows.

The position is for 1 year - full time, with probabilities of extension, placed at the Bioinformatics Core Facility at the Sahlgrenska Academy, Gothenburg University.

The project is a collaboration with the Computer Science and Engineering department at Chalmers University of Technology.
