[Inparanoid] Adding a database to the Inparanoid web interface

Yes, but bear in mind that InParanoid is oriented towards eukaryotes.  
The only prokaryotes that are included right now are there because they 
are part of the Quest for Orthologs Consortium's reference proteomes.  
In other words, it is unlikely that we will included two M. tuberculosis.
