Dear all,

We are looking to recruit a postdoc in Computational biology for a two-year
fellowship, as part of a larger project on Molecular Interactions Controlling
soil Carbon Sequestration, MICCS: http://miccs.info/

We are looking for someone with a PhD in computational biology, machine
learning, statistics or some related dicipline. The project is focused on
connecting gene expression (from next-generation sequencing) with alterations
in soil organic matter (measured with IR spectroscopy). In short, the fellow
will model the relationship between these high-dimensional data to identify
patterns and possible mechanisms, with an eye towards predicting the fate of
carbon in soil organic matter.

The fellowship and application procedure are described in detail here:
http://www.biology.lu.se/upload/MolEkol/MicrEcol/4Postdocfellowshipcompbiol.pdf

A poster about all four fellowships and six PhD studentships in MICCS can be
found here:

Kind regards,
//Carl Troein
